The position is fully remote, with ongoing training and opportunities for professional development. You will work with a collaborative team and use scheduling tools to coordinate accommodations, transportation, and related services for clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms to gather requirements and provide support
• Research and present suitable options for accommodations, transportation, and related services
• Prepare structured plans and coordinate scheduling based on client preferences and availability
• Process reservations and confirm service arrangements with third-party providers
• Provide consistent, professional customer support throughout the coordination process
• Maintain awareness of relevant updates, policies, and service offerings
• Collaborate with internal team members to improve workflows and service delivery
• Accurately document client interactions, transactions, and records in company systems
