Job summary
PedrosVacations is seeking a Remote Travel Support Specialist to assist clients from planning through departure. You will support customers, organize reservations and schedules, research options, and communicate essential information as plans come together.
No prior industry experience is required; training and ongoing support are provided. This is a fully remote role with flexible scheduling and potential for growth based on performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is helpful but not required.
- Strong research and organization skills.
- Comfortable using email and web platforms.
Responsibilities
- Gathering client preferences, dates, and planning needs.
- Researching accommodations, activities, transportation, and other options.
- Supporting reservation and confirmation processes.
- Organizing schedules and itinerary details.
- Providing clients with updates and important information.
- Following up on pending requests and unanswered questions.
- Reviewing details for accuracy and completeness.
- Helping coordinate changes when plans or availability shift.
- Maintaining organized client records.
- Providing ongoing assistance throughout the planning process.
