PedrosVacations is seeking an organized, personable Client Support Specialist to guide clients through planning and reservation processes, communicating clearly and keeping details organized.

In this role you will assist with scheduling and reservations, provide updates, and help ensure a smooth client experience from initial request through completion.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand preferences, requests, and priorities
• Assist with researching and organizing travel and reservation options
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, experiences, and scheduling details
• Help prepare and organize client itineraries and reservation information
• Review confirmations and client records for accuracy
• Provide clients with updates, confirmations, reminders, and next steps
• Track outstanding requests and follow up when additional information is needed
• Assist with modifications, special requests, and routine changes
• Maintain organized and accurate client information
• Provide professional and responsive client support throughout the planning process
• Help ensure each client experience is organized, seamless, and well communicated
