Job summary

PedrosVacations is seeking organized, dependable professionals to manage client experiences from planning through confirmation in a fully remote role. You will coordinate schedules, communicate with clients, keep records accurate, and ensure timely follow-up.

No prior industry experience required; training provided. This role offers flexible scheduling, remote work, and access to professional tools, with growth opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, scheduling, coordination, or other client-facing roles can be helpful, but is not required.
• Must be able to work independently and stay productive remotely.
• Comfortable using email, online systems, and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients regarding preferences, requests, and upcoming details.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, confirmations, and service arrangements.
• Keep client records accurate, organized, and current.
• Track follow-ups, deadlines, pending items, and changes.
• Provide timely updates throughout the planning process.
• Review details carefully before arrangements are finalized.
• Assist with special requests and routine adjustments.
• Communicate with service providers when additional information is needed.
• Help resolve common client concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure each client receives consistent support from beginning to end.
