Job summary

Wanderwell Collective is seeking Travel Logistics Coordinators to help organize travel arrangements, coordinate itineraries, and support clients from a remote environment. You will work with travel suppliers and online platforms to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, communicative, and comfortable using digital tools. Travel planning or hospitality experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using online systems and digital communication tools.
• Interest in travel, hospitality, tourism, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages.
• Organize travel logistics and ensure all reservation details are accurate and complete.
• Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and timelines.
• Confirm bookings with travel suppliers and maintain accurate travel records.
• Assist clients with itinerary coordination and travel documentation details.
• Monitor travel updates, schedule changes, and supplier communications.
• Provide support to travelers before and during their trips when needed.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and travel partners.
