Responsibilities

• Discover each client's vacation style, priorities, preferred dates, and spending range.
• Research destinations and experiences based on individual interests.
• Compare resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, activities, and package options.
• Create relevant vacation suggestions for clients to review.
• Help travelers understand pricing, package inclusions, promotions, and reservation terms.
• Coordinate selected accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other services.
• Utilize approved supplier resources to organize reservation information.
• Prepare confirmations and keep itinerary details organized.
• Monitor important booking dates and follow up on incomplete planning items.
• Verify reservation information for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide assistance with routine updates, modifications, and client questions.
