Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to gather trip dates, destination interests, preferences, and budget considerations
• Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, and vacation options
• Develop travel suggestions based on each client's priorities
• Provide clear information about options, inclusions, and reservation requirements
• Assist with arranging services through approved supplier resources
• Organize reservation confirmations and itinerary information
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on planning details
• Verify names, dates, accommodations, and other booking information for accuracy
• Assist clients with routine questions, updates, and requests
• Maintain detailed electronic records of client activity
• Communicate professionally by phone, email, messaging, and virtual appointments
• Continue building knowledge of destinations, vacation products, and supplier programs
• Provide attentive service throughout the planning and preparation process
