Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales growth by developing strategic relationships with travel agents in an assigned territory. You will execute territory plans, deliver training and marketing support, and promote brand initiatives through in-person and virtual engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in travel or hospitality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; proficiency in travel industry concepts.
