You’ll lead a customer service organization, educate teams on strategy, manage KPIs, and drive improvements while fostering career development and collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a customer service organization.
• Thorough knowledge of travel industry, fares, and markets.
• Excellent oral and written English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to lead, developing teamwork and collaboration.
• Problem-solving—anticipating, analyzing, and resolving issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
