Aspire Lifestyles is seeking skilled Customer Service Representatives to support global client programs and deliver world-class service to high-value customers from a remote USA-based role.

You will handle inbound requests via phone, email, and chat, providing timely, accurate support for travel, lifestyle services, entertainment, dining, events, and loyalty program benefits. Training is provided and a competitive hourly rate applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of interactive customer service experience.
• Call center or high-volume service experience preferred.
• Hospitality, travel, or loyalty program experience is highly valued.
• Personal global travel experience is an asset.
• Experience with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer requests through phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely support for customer inquiries and service requests.
• Assist customers with travel-related or lifestyle loyalty program needs.
• Document interactions and manage cases using company systems.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting service and performance metrics.
