Job summary

Unique Escapes is seeking a Remote Client Service & Success Specialist to support travelers from inquiry through post-trip follow-up. You will be the main contact, help with destinations, packages, and booking details, and ensure clients feel informed and cared.

You’ll maintain client records, coordinate with suppliers, and resolve issues promptly, while building lasting relationships and contributing to growth in a collaborative, luxury-travel focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or travel-related client-facing roles.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM and booking platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Build lasting client relationships with proactive communication.
• Guide clients through travel planning and booking processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to confirm details.
• Track bookings, payments, dates, and client requests.
• Provide timely updates before, during, and after travel.
• Document interactions and preferences in the CRM.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Follow up post-trip for feedback and future planning.
