Job summary

Unique Escapes is seeking a Remote Client Service & Success Specialist to support travelers from inquiry through post-trip follow‑up. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, chat and social media, guide clients through planning, bookings, and prep, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

You will build strong relationships, coordinate with suppliers, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, bookings and deadlines concurrently.
• Comfort with remote work and learning new travel booking tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, chat and social media.
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive, professional communication.
• Guide clients through planning, options, flights, resorts, cruises, and travel packages.
• Prepare quotes, itineraries, and booking summaries for client review.
• Coordinate with travel suppliers and internal teams to confirm details.
