Hope's Global Getaways is a fully remote travel planning company specializing in destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises, family vacations, and luxury getaways. We seek Travel Opportunity Consultants to connect with clients, offer tailored travel options, and coordinate arrangements with suppliers worldwide.

No prior industry experience is required; we provide comprehensive onboarding, ongoing mentorship, and professional development to support your success in a flexible remote role.

Qualifications

• Interest in customer service, hospitality, travel, sales, consulting, or client support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and digital communication tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to learn about their travel interests, priorities, and vacation goals.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, guided tours, and vacation packages.
• Present customized travel recommendations based on client preferences and budgets.
• Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, activities, and travel experiences.
• Provide support and information throughout the planning and booking process.
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, and virtual communication channels.
• Work with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and travel arrangements.
• Monitor booking details, itinerary updates, and client requests.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel plans.
• Stay informed about destination updates, supplier promotions, and industry developments.
• Deliver a positive, service-focused experience throughout every stage of the client journey.
