Hope's Global Getaways is a fully remote travel planning company that designs destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises, family vacations, and luxury getaways for clients worldwide.

We are expanding our remote team and seeking a Travel Experience Consultant to transform vacation ideas into coordinated plans, researching destinations, arranging accommodations, and presenting options that fit dates, budgets, and preferences. Training is provided, no prior travel experience required.

• Develop personalized options reflecting clients' needs.

• Coordinate reservations using supplier platforms.
• Review traveler details for accuracy.
• Organize confirmations and itinerary information.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on planning needs.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messages.
• Maintain accurate electronic records of requests and arrangements.
• Stay current with destination information and supplier programs.
