Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and returning clients through professional communication and follow-up.
• Discover client interests, vacation goals, preferred dates, and spending expectations.
• Research destinations and vacation experiences that match specific requests.
• Evaluate resorts, cruises, accommodations, tours, activities, transportation, and package offerings.
• Create personalized recommendations that highlight relevant benefits and available options.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain contact with prospective clients throughout the decision process.
• Help clients select services and coordinate chosen arrangements using approved supplier resources.
• Recognize opportunities to recommend additional experiences that complement a client's plans.
• Keep track of active inquiries, client decisions, reservation requirements, and important deadlines.
• Provide confirmation information and organize essential trip details.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and arrangements.
• Deliver continued service to encourage positive client relationships and future business.
• Keep up with supplier promotions, destination developments, and new vacation products.
