Job summary

You will align business objectives with associates, provide HR consulting, and drive talent initiatives across the field. The ideal candidate has extensive ER experience and SHRM certification. The position offers strategic partnership with leadership, change management, and risk-aware HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including compensation, employment laws, and ER.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting strategies and talent planning across field teams.
• Provide coaching and guidance to field leaders on HR practices and policy interpretation.
• Manage investigations and escalations, addressing associate relations concerns.
• Collaborate with HR and legal to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
