World Travel, Inc. is seeking a Virtual Full-Time Overnight Travel Counselor with expertise in Sabre Graphical/Classical and international travel. The role involves after-hours consultative conversations to make accurate travel reservations and meet client program needs.

Hours are 12:00 AM–8:30 AM EST, Sunday through Thursday, with nights, weekends, and holidays included. This is an employee-owned company committed to world-class service and a strong client relationship.

Formación

• Provide consultative travel service to clients and travelers.
• Demonstrate strong customer service orientation.
• Maintain knowledge of travel policies and regulations.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Responsabilidades

• Arrange complex domestic and international travel for corporate clients (air, car rental, hotel, transfers).
• Advise on international travel requirements (passport, visa, inoculations).
• Apply client travel policy and authorization procedures accurately.
• Build a productive client relationship while representing World Travel, Inc.
• Counsel clients on travel safety, regulations, and savings opportunities.
• Research and resolve traveler service concerns promptly.
