Job summary

ADTRAV Travel Management is seeking a Travel Consultant for after-hours, evening and weekend shifts to manage client travel via Sabre, book domestic and complex international itineraries, hotels, cars and trains, and provide top‑notch service.

The role requires US citizenship for government contracts and a willingness to work diverse shifts (7pm–7am CT, weekends, holidays) with attention to detail and strong communication. This position offers shift differentials and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of travel booking experience.
• GDS system experience required; Sabre preferred.
• Knowledge of city, airline, hotel and car rental codes.
• Familiarity with government travel requirements, visas, and passports.
• Understanding of Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreement.
• Strong computer and typing skills; multitasking across applications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent English communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails to arrange itineraries.
• Use Sabre to book airline, hotel, car, and other reservations.
• Maintain up-to-date account knowledge to assist clients without delay.
• Check queues daily to ensure accuracy of issued tickets.
• Provide travel expertise and quotes for international travel.
• Meet KPIs and adhere to the schedule.
• Communicate updates with airlines and clients.
• Follow ADTRAV policies and workflows.
