Job summary

ADTRAV Travel Management is seeking a Travel Consultant for after-hours, evenings, and weekends to manage travel for government and corporate clients. You will book domestic and complex international itineraries using Sabre, handle hotel and car reservations, and deliver high-quality customer service across channels.

The role requires US citizenship, 2+ years in travel booking, knowledge of Fly America Act/Open Skies, and the ability to work remotely with holiday and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel; government contracts a plus.
• Knowledge of government travel requirements, visas, and passports.
• US citizenship per contract requirements.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly from clients requesting new travel arrangements or changes to existing itineraries.
• Utilize Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations.
• Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay.
• Maintain service non-stop programs such as preferred vendors, Waiver/Favors, RezCritiques, and Vacation Referrals.
• Provide travel expertise to clients.
• Send quotes for international travel; follow ADTRAV policies and workflows.
• Provide excellent customer service in every interaction with travelers.
• Become knowledgeable in ADTRAV's industry and customer base.
• Participate in ongoing training to continuously build knowledge and skills.
