Dream Voyages is seeking a Travel Coordinator to craft unforgettable itineraries and seamless travel experiences. You will connect with clients to understand needs, book journeys across email, chat and phone, and resolve issues to ensure smooth travel from booking to homecoming.

Preferably bringing strong communication and organizational skills, you will contribute to post-booking support while leveraging a remote work setup and growth paths within the company.

• Resolve issues quick, turning concerns into happy outcomes and ensuring smooth travel from booking to homecoming.
• Spot trends in client feedbackto refine services and personalize support for future bookings.
• Optimize response funnels, minimizing delays and boosting client satisfaction scores.
• Nurture post-booking relationships, ensuring clients feel supported before, during, and after every trip.
• Deliver high-touch servicewith empathy, expertise, and a genuine smile.
