You will resolve issues quickly, spot trends in feedback, and refine services to personalize future bookings, while nurturing post-booking relationships with empathy and expert guidance.

• Connect with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Book seamless journeysvia email, chat, and phone—transforming inquiries into confirmed trips with enthusiasm and accuracy.
• Resolve issues quick, turning concerns into happy outcomes and ensuring smooth travel from booking to homecoming.
• Spot trends in client feedbackto refine services and personalize support for future bookings.
• Optimize response funnels, minimizing delays and boosting client satisfaction scores.
• Nurture post-booking relationships, ensuring clients feel supported before, during, and after every trip.
• Deliver high-touch servicewith empathy, expertise, and a genuine smile.

• Travel industry savvy and comfort with AI tools for quick personalization (preferred,not required— zero experience also welcomed)
