Beyond the Travels Agency is seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Reservations Coordinators. This remote role supports clients through research, reservation coordination, and ongoing communications using online platforms.

You will assist with destination research, coordinate reservations, and maintain accurate booking records while enabling excellent customer service in a fully remote work environment. Training and onboarding resources are provided.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and email.
• Reliable internet connection and home workspace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the location where the position is offered.
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, administrative support, or related field is beneficial but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, get-away packages, and travel experiences.
• Coordinate reservations and confirm booking details with suppliers.
• Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide destination information and recommendations based on client preferences.
• Maintain organized and accurate reservation records and documentation.
• Review reservation information for accuracy before final confirmation.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Support clients with questions before and after reservations are finalized.
