You’ll support travelers with booking updates, modifications, cancellations, and special requests, while delivering accurate, up-to-date information on destinations and agency procedures. This role emphasizes empathy, efficiency, and a commitment to client satisfaction in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in travel/hospitality.
