Job summary
Nova Travels is seeking a Work From Home Travel Representative to assist travelers with trip preparation and provide support before and during their journeys. You will communicate via phone, email, and messaging to review plans, confirm details, and share destination information.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Communicate with travelers through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Assist with reviewing travel plans and confirming trip details.
- Provide clear information regarding travel destinations and procedures.
- Follow up with clients prior to departure to ensure readiness.
- Address client concerns and escalates more complex matters when necessary.
