Unique Escapes is seeking a Remote Client Service & Success Specialist to support clients through their travel journey from inquiry to post-trip follow-up. You will answer questions about destinations, resorts, cruises, and packages, guide booking, and maintain accurate client records.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, service-minded, and comfortable navigating travel platforms and CRMs, with strong written and verbal communication and the ability to manage multiple bookings remotely.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, bookings and deadlines.
• Familiar with travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet remote workspace.
• Interest in travel, luxury travel, cruises, resorts and planning.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact via phone, email, chat and social media.
• Build lasting client relationships with proactive communication.
• Guide clients through travel planning, options, and quotes.
• Prepare itineraries and booking summaries for review.
• Coordinate with travel suppliers and internal teams.
• Track bookings, payments, dates and client requests.
• Provide timely updates before, during and after travel.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Follow up after trips to gather feedback and identify growth opportunities.
