Unique Escapes is seeking a Remote Client Service & Success Specialist to support clients throughout their travel journey—from initial inquiry and planning to booking, pre-travel prep, and post-trip follow-up. This role fits a detail-oriented, service-minded professional who enjoys helping people create memorable travel experiences.

You will be the trusted contact for questions about destinations, resorts, cruises, flights, and packages; guide clients through booking and preparation; and

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Comfort with travel booking platforms and CRMs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication.
• Guide clients through travel planning and booking processes.
• Understand client preferences, budget, dates, group size, and requirements.
• Prepare travel quotes, itineraries, and booking summaries.
• Coordinate with travel suppliers and internal teams to confirm details.
• Track bookings, deadlines, and client requests.
• Document interactions in the CRM or booking system.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate team.
• Follow up after trips to gather feedback and encourage future travel.
