Unique Escapes is seeking a Remote Client Service & Success Specialist to support travelers from inquiry through planning, booking, and post-trip follow-up. You will answer questions, prepare quotes, and ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their journey.

You will maintain accurate client records, coordinate with suppliers, and resolve issues promptly, all while delivering a warm, professional experience that encourages repeat travel with Unique Escapes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or support roles.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and bookings concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with travel bookings and CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Guide clients through travel planning from quotes to booking.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Follow up after trips to gather feedback and encourage future bookings.
