Job summary

Hopesglobalgetaways is seeking personable Client Interaction Specialists to join our fully remote team. You will learn client preferences, research vacation options, and coordinate services while maintaining clear, organized records.

This role offers flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time) and comprehensive onboarding. No prior travel-industry experience is required, and ongoing training is provided to help you grow with the company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand preferences, dates, budgets, and requests.
• Research hotels, cruises, tours, and other vacation options that fit client needs.
• Coordinate services and organize confirmations, schedules, and itineraries.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and provide updates and follow-ups.
• Keep client records accurate, monitor dates, and learn about destinations and suppliers.
