Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a Travel Automation Analyst to remotely support and review low level help desk requests in a full-time role based in the United States. You will provide proactive, consultative programming for basic entry-level solutions and perform routine requirements gathering.

The ideal candidate has travel industry experience with MidOffice apps, strong knowledge of the travel reservation process, and solid English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in the travel industry with MidOffice Applications knowledge.
• Strong understanding of the travel reservation process.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Working knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, consultative programming of basic entry-level solutions.
• Learn and adhere to department guidelines and procedures.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for client concerns and errors.
• Gather requirements for routine tasks and write routine solutions.
• QC Web updates from help desk requests.
• Support ongoing OBT and QCE implementation projects.
