Job summary

BCD Travel Travel Automation Analyst is a remote, full-time role in the United States. The position supports and reviews low level complexity help desk requests and contributes to ongoing OBT and QCE implementation projects.

You will provide a proactive approach to programming basic entry level solutions, follow department guidelines, and perform basic troubleshooting for client concerns and programming issues. The role emphasizes routine requirements gathering and ongoing project support.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the travel industry, should include MidOffice Applications knowledge as part of an organized technology team.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of all aspects of the travel reservation process.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Working knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus GDS systems is a plus.

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Business Analyst 1, CSS Travel Automation is between $58,000 and $62,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
