We are looking for a dynamic individual for our Remote Travel Advisor position! You will be responsible for arranging incredible trips for both business and leisure clients worldwide. If you have a passion for travel and helping others plan their dream vacations, this job is for you. Advisors manage the research and booking process, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and event tickets. Apply if you love travel and have an outgoing personality!

- Design and execute exceptional travel itineraries

- Understand clients’ travel needs and preferences

- Complete ongoing training and certification

- Attend webinars to specialize in destinations

- Represent the brand with enthusiasm

- Collaborate with team members

- Provide and review travel budgets

- Create promotional materials

- Stay updated on travel industry changes

- Monitor travel restrictions

- Book flights, hotels, cars, cruises, and events

- Communicate effectively with clients

- Manage time efficiently for research and client interactions

- Resolve booking or travel issues

- Maintain updated client information

- Network with tour operators

- Participate in FAM trips

- Travel perks and incentives

- Licensing and bonding

- Personalized business promotion website

Requirements:

- 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US

- Smartphone with internet access (and a laptop is recommended)

- Personal travel experience is a plus but not required

- Customer service or hospitality experience is beneficial
