Global Travel Concepts is a boutique, full-service luxury travel agency and concierge based in Manhattan, with over 30 years of expertise in the luxury travel space. We design bespoke experiences for a discerning global clientele—including (but not limited to) high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, professional athletes, and industry leaders. Our expertise spans everything from five-star city stays and private island buyouts to exclusive safaris and even space travel. We handle every detail, from private aviation to on-the-ground VIP services, ensuring seamless, exceptional journeys.

Role Overview

This is a remote role for a highly self-motivated professional who is looking to build a career in the world of luxury travel, with a desire to learn or further develop the expertise to curate extraordinary, tailor-made experiences for high-profile clients. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for managing your own book of business while operating within the Global Travel Concepts ecosystem.

As a Luxury Travel Advisor, you will:

•Build and nurture your own client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships with high-value travelers.

•Design and execute complex, high-touch travel itineraries tailored to the unique needs of your clientele.

•Deliver exceptional, white-glove service with discretion, precision, and attention to detail.

•Maintain seamless communication with clients, ensuring a stress-free and effortless experience.

•Stay ahead of industry trends, maintaining deep expertise in luxury destinations, properties, and exclusive experiences.

•Leverage our preferred partnerships with top-tier luxury brands to secure invitation-only perks, VIP benefits, and exclusive access for your clients.

•Collaborate with a team of elite travel professionals through ongoing mentorship, internal support, and training sessions with global partners.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate is a polished, highly organized professional with a deep passion for travel and the ability to cater to the most discerning clientele.

Qualifications:

•Meticulous attention to detail — perfection is the expectation.

•Exceptional customer service skills with a white-glove approach.

•Strong organizational skills & ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

•Flawless communication skills — both written and verbal.

•Proficiency in travel booking systems & CRM tools (Sabre or similar experience preferred).

•Existing client base or strong industry network is a plus.

•Previous experience in working with high-profile clientele (from any industry) is preferred.

• Previous experience in luxury industries, travel agency operations, or a related field is preferred.

•Candidates based in the US are preferred, although we will consider top-tier talent in other major international markets.
