Job summary

Benchmark Behavioral Health Solutions seeks a licensed Mental Health Therapist for a full-time remote telehealth role serving trauma‑informed care. You will assess, treat, and support clients with PTSD, complex trauma, and related disorders from home or any location.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s or doctoral degree and a NJ license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT), with at least 2 years of post‑licensure experience, and familiarity with EMDR or TF‑CBT.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, MFT, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensed in New Jersey as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Familiarity with trauma-focused therapies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trauma-informed assessments to guide treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver EMDR and TF-CBT in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians for holistic care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Educate patients and families on trauma responses and coping.
• Maintain confidential records in compliance with regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
