Benchmark Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist for a remote telehealth role in Worcester, MA. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensure in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, trauma-focused preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based treatments such as EMDR/TF-CBT.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trauma-informed assessments to understand patients' histories and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans focusing on trauma resolution and resilience.
• Utilize EMDR and TF-CBT to enhance therapy effectiveness.
• Provide individual and group therapy, supporting coping and healing.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team for integrated care.
• Respond to crisis situations with timely intervention.
• Educate patients and families about trauma responses and available resources.
• Maintain accurate, confidential EHR documentation in line with state law.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and team-based trauma-informed care.
