Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.
• Foundational knowledge of trauma-informed care and therapeutic approaches.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trauma-informed mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Create and implement individualized trauma recovery strategies.
• Utilize EMDR and TF-CBT modalities.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other health professionals for integrated care.
• Provide crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies.
• Educate patients and families on trauma responses and resources.
