Scripps Behavioral Health in Oakland, California is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join a remote, full-time team focused on trauma-informed care. You will assess trauma histories, design personalized treatment plans, and apply EMDR/TF-CBT to support clients through recovery.

Collaborating with psychiatrists and other clinicians, you will provide crisis intervention, maintain compliant documentation, and pursue ongoing professional development in trauma therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (MSW/MFT/LMHC/PSY).
• Current California licensure (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT).
• At least 2 years post-licensure experience in mental health counseling with trauma focus.
• Knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
• Experience delivering trauma-focused therapies to diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; empathetic and non-judgmental.

Responsabilités

• Conduct trauma-informed assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Apply EMDR/TF-CBT to guide trauma recovery and resilience building.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions in a remote setting.
