Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for members, coordinating transportation services and resolving questions to support health outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in a high-volume customer service role, good communication, data-entry speed, and a High School Diploma. This remote role includes training, varied shifts, and a pay rate of $12.50 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 0-2 years of contact center or customer service experience with high call volume and data entry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transportation questions and concerns.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as requested.
• Obtain and document details of customer complaints and concerns.
• Ensure all relevant customer information is accurately documented.
• Attend required meetings and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality standards.
• Maintain accurate trip data entry and documentation.
• Promote a positive and collaborative working environment.
