Job summary

SMA America is seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our U.S. team. You will enter shipments into the TMS, track in transit, and coordinate large scale project shipments from import to delivery.

You will provide rate quotes, maintain records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate transport of items. A high school diploma and 2+ years in coordination are required; SAP or TMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of coordination experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills needed.
• Experience in transportation or logistics and with SAP or TMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter shipments into the TMS and track them in transit.
• Coordinate Large Scale project shipments from import to delivery.
• Provide rate quotes and maintain records of transported items.
