Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. seeks a Transplant Key Account Manager to serve transplant centers within a designated US territory.

You will present Takeda’s transplant products, manage relationships with surgeons, nurses, pharmacists, and financial coordinators, and develop territory business plans aligned with corporate goals. You will drive sales, establish value propositions with marketing and managed markets, gain formulary access, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organ

Qualifications

• BA/BS or advanced business or scientific degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, etc.)
• 5 years’ direct selling to healthcare professionals in pharma/biotech/healthcare
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with goals
• Launch business development programs and strategy
• Advanced business skills in negotiation, strategy, analytics, teamwork

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and MOA goals.
• Develop strategic account plans and stakeholder maps.
• Gain access for specialty products in transplant centers and formulary access.
• Conduct account management across transplant centers in the territory.
• Build relationships with executive, operations, finance, and pharmacy staff.
• Engage thought leaders to influence transplant protocols and care pathways.
• Identify key stakeholders and align on priorities within centers.
• Create cross-functional business plans and launch strategies for large centers.
• Deliver plans and updates to cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities.
