Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Transmission Line Project Engineer for our Lake Oswego, OR area with hybrid/remote options from Boise, Nampa, Salt Lake City, and Billings. The role focuses on leadership in planning, design, and delivery of high‑voltage overhead projects up to 765 kV, with collaboration across disciplines.

You will guide schedules, budgets, and client interactions while ensuring QA/QC and safety standards. Strong PLS‑CADD and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 5–7 years post-education experience in transmission projects.
• 3+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams in transmission.
• Knowledge of NESC, GO-95 or RUS preferred.
• Strong PLS-CADD operation and transmission line fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-voltage transmission projects up to 765 kV.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams across disciplines.
• Support QA/QC procedures and safety standards.
• Mentor staff and participate in industry events for knowledge transfer.
