WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Transmission Line Project Engineer to join our Lake Oswego, OR area team with hybrid/remote options from Boise, ID; Nampa, ID; Salt Lake City, UT; Billings, MT.
The role leads high‑voltage overhead transmission projects and coordinates across disciplines, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You will guide project planning, scheduling, client interactions, and staff mentoring, leveraging PLS-CADD and related tools to deliver efficient, safe and compliant
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
- 5–7 years post-education experience in transmission fields.
- 3+ years in transmission project/design leadership.
- Strong knowledge of NESC, RUS, GO-95 and transmission fundamentals.
- Proficient in English with good communication; proficient in MS Office.
Mansioni
- Lead and deliver transmission projects up to 765kV, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
- Manage project execution layout and scheduling; conduct regular project meetings.
- Support PMs with scope, schedule, and budget development; client interactions.
- Forecast resource needs and ensure QA/QC adherence; participate in professional development.
