Job summary

Jabil seeks a Transition Manager to lead complex service transitions across the US & India delivery teams. You will plan, execute, and oversee the seamless transition of services and processes from clients or incumbents to Jabil, with emphasis on leadership, governance, and knowledge transfer.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to coordinate multi-geography teams while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in service transition, project management or delivery.
• Experience with US-based and global clients across time zones.
• Understanding of service delivery models and ITIL/PMP/Prince2.

Responsibilities

• Develop transition strategies and detailed plans.
• Define scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of transitions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for delivery success.
• Oversee knowledge transfer, process migration, and handovers.
• Manage training, documentation, and stakeholder comms.
• Provide regular status updates and executive briefings.
• Ensure client expectations and satisfaction are met.
• Monitor progress, risks, and issues to leadership.
• Drive post-transition stabilization and lessons learned.
