Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Project Manager to guide cross-functional teams on small to medium initiatives and support larger programs under a Senior PM. You will lead planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement while mentoring junior PMs and driving continuous improvement across global locations.

Strong communication, leadership, and a solid PM background in Agile/Waterfall are essential. 3–5 years of experience and a PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with MS 365 tools and ServiceNow is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and obtain stakeholder approval for project scope, requirements, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate requirements gathering and translate needs into deliverables.
• Manage project execution including scope, schedule, and quality.
• Monitor risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as primary escalation point for project-related concerns.
• Facilitate governance and status reporting with stakeholders.
• Lead vendor evaluations andProcurement activities with internal teams.
• Mentor team members to strengthen PM capabilities.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review invoices and process payments (Coupa emphasis).
• Drive process improvements and knowledge sharing across locations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, security, and quality standards.
