Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Transit Safety Security Specialist V to lead project tasks for internal and external clients across the United States, applying risk management processes from FTA and industry standards from APTA.

The ideal candidate will be well-organized, a self-starter, and capable of guiding multi-disciplinary teams, providing direction for junior staff on PTASP development, safety certifications, and SSC documentation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus 8 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check.
• PTSCTP and/or TSSP certifications preferred.
• CSP, CPTED/ADA/NFPA 130 familiarity and safety certification knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead project tasks for internal and external clients across the U.S.
• Develop PHAs/TVAs and mitigations/countermeasures.
• Hold workshops with multi-disciplinary groups/committees.
• Interact with agency clients and project managers; prepare SSC documents and reports.
• Develop and review PTASP; lead annual reviews and updates.
• Provide SSC training for clients and staff.
