Job summary

Swiftly is seeking a remote Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of our SaaS transit solutions for diverse agencies. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, guide data integrations (GTFS, AVL, GPS), and drive adoption throughout the implementation lifecycle.

A background in SaaS implementations and project management, with a proactive, customer-centric mindset, is essential. Occasional travel may be required 4–8 times per year.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in implementation management, implementation consultancy, project management or similar in a SaaS company.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with AI tools to improve repeatable workflows and time-to-value for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new and existing customers.
• Develop detailed implementation plans with timelines and milestones.
• Provide technical guidance on data migrations, system integrations, and platform configuration.
• Conduct live training sessions and provide ongoing support.
• Drive platform adoption and manage stakeholder communications.
• Perform thorough testing and data validation to ensure reliability.
