Job summary

Garnet River LLC is seeking several Customer Service Representatives for an international transportation company. You will provide courteous, knowledgeable call support for fare media cardholders, patrons, and operators.

The role is fully remote based out of Tullahoma, TN, but you must live nearby to pick up equipment in person. Job duties include handling calls, fax/email inquiries, and rapid issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus three years in a customer service/call center.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Must excel in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume calls.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming fare media phone calls from customers.
• Processes all fax and email inquiries.
• Perform tasks quickly and accurately.
• Follow policies, procedures and instructions.
• Update and resolve assigned issues efficiently.
• Answer inquiries related to fare media and initiate outbound calls as needed.
