Ideal candidates have a related bachelor’s degree with four years of experience; master’s degree and higher-education transfer experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with four years of experience or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred and higher education experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage pathways, data, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain routine updates of KCTCS Pathways documents and yearly updates.
• Establish a tracking database for academic updates related to KCTCS/UofL.
• Coordinate routine communication among curriculum stakeholders at UofL and KCTCS.
• Update and post Pathway documents to the University of Louisville Transfer site.
• Engage KCTCS stakeholders and students to promote Pathways growth.
