Job summary

Kentucky State University is seeking a Student Support Concierge Manager to lead the SSC team supporting online students. You will establish service standards, supervise staff, and coordinate student support across departments to promote retention and academic success.

Responsibilities include data analysis, process improvement, and acting as primary liaison to the Director of Online Education. Remote role with occasional travel to KY for meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in student services, online education, or higher education administration is required.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Experience supporting online students in higher education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for the Student Support Concierge team.
• Coordinate student support services across University departments.
• Monitor student success initiatives and data, ensuring retention goals.
• Serve as liaison between SSC team and the Director of Online Education.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with FERPA and policies.
