Job summary

The University of Louisville’s ULtra team seeks a Student Success Specialist (KCTCS Pathways Specialist) to oversee management, tracking, and facilitation of the Pathways project. This role will promote transfer engagement and ensure routine updates across KCTCS/UofL curricula.

Remote position with occasional on-site meetings; ideal candidate resides within commutable distance to Belknap campus, Louisville, KY, and brings strong organizational and communication skills, along with CMS and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to reside within commutable distance to Belknap campus in Louisville, KY.
• Experience with curricular updates and pathways management is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet curricular deadlines.
• Experience with databases and tracking of programmatic updates across KCTCS/UofL curricula.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain routine updates of KCTCS Pathways documents and track yearly updates.
• Establish a tracking database for academic and programmatic updates across KCTCS and UofL.
• Coordinate routine communication with curriculum stakeholders at UofL and KCTCS.
• Update and post Pathway documents to the Transfer website and coordinate with KCTCS web management.
• Promote Pathways to engage KCTCS stakeholders and students.
• Meet with prospective KCTCS transfers to discuss Pathways opportunities.
