The University of Louisville ULtra team seeks a motivated Student Success Specialist (KCTCS Pathways Specialist) to oversee management, tracking, and facilitation of the Pathways project. This role will also serve as the Transfer lead for promoting student engagement with KCTCS Pathways.

The ideal candidate will develop routine processes to maintain Pathways, collaborate with UofL and KCTCS curriculum management teams, and expand engagement by promoting the Pathways initiative.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree preferred and higher education experience preferred.
• Experience with transfer pathways and curriculum management.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain updates of KCTCS Pathways and track yearly changes.
• Coordinate collaboration between UofL and KCTCS curricular teams.
• Post current Pathway documents to the Transfer website and promote engagement.
• Inform prospective KCTCS transfers about Pathways opportunities.
• Serve as Transfer lead for Pathways project coordination.
